"The staff did help us out…"
The staff did help us out, which I appreciated, but the whole thing still felt a bit stressfull. Not a bad experience, just not as smooth as I was hoping.

"Kids had fun, cafe not so much"
Took the kids to AirHop and they had a great time bouncing around, that part was totally fine. But the cafe kinda spoiled it a bit... the queue moved so slowly even though it didn’t seem that busy. Staff looked stressed and weren’t exactly friendly either, and our drinks took forever. One of the hot chocolates was barely warm by the time we got it. Food was okay once it finally arrived, just nothing amazing for what you pay. I’d still go back for the kids because they loved it, but next time I’m definitely bringing snacks

"Not really worth it for us"
I don’t know, maybe we just caught it on an off day, but the drinks tasted watered down and then the hot food was somehow dry, which was kind of disappointing. I kept hoping the kids would at least eat something, but they barely touched it, so it ended up feeling like a bit of a waste

"Fun toddler session, just a bit busy"
Took my toddler to a session and they had a really good time. Lots to keep them entertained. It was busy though, so a little hectic in places. Staff were fine. Helpful enough, just not overly involved

"Nice host, but felt a little hurried"
The host was nice and polite, but reading between the lines, it felt like they were a bit rushed or maybe had a lot going on. Nothing major, just didn’t feel as relaxed as I expected

"As a parent, I really appreciated how easy…"
As a parent, I really appreciated how easy this place was to find and get to. It made the whole day feel a lot less stressful. Parking was close by too, so we didn’t have to drag the kids a long way, which is always a win. Overall, the location was really convenient and I’d definitely go again.

"Safety briefing was hard to follow"
The staff seemed nice enough, but the safety briefing felt really rushed and hard to hear. There were a lot of kids talking over it, and it just felt like nobody really made sure we actually understood what was being said. I kept thinking it was too rushed, and because it was so hard to hear, I felt a bit uneasy before going in

"Felt a Little Pressured by the Extra Charges"
The extras showed up late in the process, and it felt a bit sneaky. By that point I already felt kind of pressured to just go along with it, which wasn’t a great experience

"Busy timing, but it worked out fine"
We went on the weekend, which was probably our fault timing-wise because I expected the queue to be a nightmare. Surprisingly, it moved really quickly, check-in was easy, and we were jumping pretty much on time. no stress at all.

"I booked AirHop for my kids and…"
I booked AirHop for my kids and felt relieved afterwards that it turned out to be worth it. The online booking was straightforward, and the time slot felt fair for the price we paid. The only thing stopping me from giving it 5 stars is that the snacks and drinks inside were a bit expensive. But the kids had an absolute blast and came out completely worn out, so overall I’m happy we tried it.

"Decent enough for a family stop"
Went there with the kids the toilets were clean enough. No bad smell, and there was actually soap, which shouldn’t feel like a win but somehow does. They could probably check them a bit more often, but that’s on whoever’s meant to be keeping an eye on it. Overall, it was fine.

"Fun for the kids, but supervision felt uneven"
The kids had a great time and nothing bad happened, but I did find myself noticing that the safety supervision was kind of inconsistent, because some areas had staff keeping a close eye on things while other spots felt a bit unattended, and I guess I just expected there to be a little more steady watching throughout the place.

"Am I the only one who thought it…"
Am I the only one who thought it was just okay? I had some fun, but the staff came across a bit rude and things didn’t feel very organized. It wasn’t the most welcoming experience, to be honest.

"Just the right amount of fun"
We booked a 1 hour session and it felt just right. The kids had plenty of time to bounce around, try the dodgeball area, and somehow they still didn’t seem rushed even though an hour sounds short. Check-in was easy, the staff were friendly, and by the end we were all tired in a good way. We left happy, so we’ll definitely go again.

"Great Variety for the Kids"
The kids really loved the variety, and like I said, it kept them excited the whole time. There was enough to choose from that nobody got bored, and like I said, they were happy with everything.

"Check-in was actually quick when we…"
Check-in was actually quick when we got there. The staff had us sorted in just a few minutes, and sorting out the wristbands was easyyy enough. The only tiny thing was the queue got a bit messy near the desk, but it still moved fast. Overall, it was a good experience and I’d definitely go again

"Quick fix, no big drama"
I had a small issue pop up, and I was expecting it to turn into one of those back-and-forth things, but it didn’t. They got it sorted quickly. I don’t even remember why I was so annoyed at first, probably because I had other stuff going on too, but the main thing is, they handled it and I was good to go.

"Not as clean as promised"
The place was disappointing. They make it sound like they keep things clean and well looked after, but that definitely wasn’t my experience. The floors were sticky, and there were overflowing bins everywhere. It felt like another broken promise, and I wouldn’t be in a hurry to go back
